RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.roserescue.shop, please send us a request for a return authorization within 15 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- We cannot refund or take returns on products that have been used.
- Returns must be returned with any additional gifts included with your purchase for a full refund. If gifts are unreturned, we will charge you for these items and they will be deducted from your refund.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Rose Rescue reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
We do not accommodate an exchange for items purchased on www.roserescue.shop. For a different item, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately.
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns returning back to Rose Rescue. International
customers interested in a return for a refund must cover return shipping costs. Rose Rescue is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. For more information on making an international return please email email@example.com.
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
